Ages 6-9

Why do bees sting and skunks smell bad? We will dive into nature’s mysteries using our investigative skills and learn about mammals, insects, plants and more! Campers will develop critical thinking skills to understand animal adaptation and behavior.

Ages 4-5

Children will explore indoor and outdoor spaces at Gilsland Farm to develop an understanding of their surroundings. Children will use maps to navigate terrain and we will also create our own maps.

9:15 am - 2:45 pm, Tuesday - Friday

Ages 4-5

Older preschoolers are invited to continue their adventure at Gilsland Farm after Summer Squash ends! Children ages 4-5 spend the afternoon exploring the various habitats, playing games and making crafts

*This drop off program takes place from 1:00 to 3:30pm, either as an extension of morning Summer Squash or as a single program.

1:00 pm - 3:30 pm, Wednesday and Friday for 2 weeks
